Pistazie in Frankfurt

We ordered pistachio food here in the restaurant. After a phone call, the pleasant employees answered, as is also stated in the reviews. The things were packaged okay, but there were countless hairs in the rice in the food, which threw the appetite away. But that wasn't the bad thing. We found small green shards of glass and we thought it was real pistachio pieces but when we looked closer we saw the sharp ones. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed, although the previous reviews were very good. The vegetarian things didn't taste good at all. As I said, very disappointed I will not order again here

I ordered and picked it up myself. The food was fantastic. Very delicious and the scent was very aromatic. Homemade fresh bread and herbs with cheese was on house. Very attentive! Great!

Not a place I'd be going back to eat any sort of vegetarian dishes.

I have had two opportunities to eat here so far, once on site in June and once to take away a few days ago. Despite the current situation, everyone was super friendly and the food is so delicious! We actually live 2-3 hours away from Frankfurt, but when we were passing through, I absolutely had to stop by here and take something to eat. Even if it was already cold at home (which the restaurant can't help, of course) - it was warmed up again for a moment and it was delicious! I can particularly recommend the starters! We definitely keep coming back when we're around. A small suggestion for improvement: waiting for food in front of the door is pretty cold in the current weather conditions. Perhaps it could be arranged to be able to wait inside for the food. :-)

Great quality: very good rice, both vegetarian and meat dishes are wonderfully grilled / cooked and seasoned and there are decent portions. Deliveries were quick and the dishes were still hot. Communication is friendly and courteous, therefore: 5 stars

When we arrived at the agreed time to pick up our food, we stood in the cold for 20 minutes until someone noticed us despite several rings and calls. When we got home with the food, it was cold, which was certainly not due to the 5 minute walk. Of the two vegetarian dishes we ordered, one was definitely not vegetarian, although we asked again when we paid.

Authentic Persian food at reasonable prices. Friendly staff. The homemade lemonades were delicious. The only bad thing was that one of the curries we ordered was to salty.

We were here yesterday on October 24th. with 5 people there and I have to say that we were extremely satisfied. Nice ambiance, wonderful staff and the food was the best I've eaten in a long time. We reserved a table for a birthday. When we arrived the waiter asked for champagne and juice for free. however in the end we had to pay. It took a long time to get the food. The waiter is too loud, always yelling at the cook in the kitchen. The staff always swept the floor while we ate and set the table so loudly, that was really uncomfortable. When we paid we got EXPIRED gummy bear NEVER AGAIN

The food was good in taste, but there were wonderful warming plates that were unfortunately not warm. That's why the food was cold very quickly. What I noticed was that it took a long time until the ordered food was there. The cleanliness in the restaurant was very good and the service was very friendly.

We make it short: Service, from the boss personally, more than great! The food was very, very delicious and that is an understatement! You just have to try the chicken skewers and saddle of lamb fillet skewers! We were more than satisfied and will be back! Thank you ! PS Price performance also very, very good!

Taste was ok, nothing special. Nicely decorated. Price is sufficient in relation to other Persian restaurants. Service could be better (internal communication + one thing at a time and not chaotic + help your guests faster (we had to wait quite a long time).

Today we were 8 with friends to eat there. The boss is kind-hearted, we have never been served as kindly as there. Very familiar. The dishes were explained to us for each course and herbs and vegetables were also brought. Later we were offered to sit outside and blankets were brought to those who were too cold. I can really only recommend it. Seldom been to such a good restaurant. We couldn't understand reviews that speak of unfriendly staff. Everything was great! Keep it up!

Bad service and the food wasn't good either. I would not reccomend going there unless you like waiting for your food and reminding the waiter more than a couple of times that you have ordered.

Really nice family iranian restaurant. Not spicy but full of flavour foods. If you enjoy chicken, lamb, fish or vegetables served in tasty dishes you should visit this place. Staff is very friendly. Table reservation is recommended as it can fill up quickly. Pricing is fair.

The food hadn’t the original taste and quality at all. The meat was not fresh, “Koubideh” was made of a mixture of chicken-lamb instead of fresh lamb with fat. And “Khoresht-e Fesenjun” tasted like water. The atmosphere is good. But the prices are absolutely not reasonable for this quality.

Your place, dear ones. Iran should be a good quality food, although we used these Iranian foods abroad, but we really felt exactly in an Iranian environment ... a cool drink, especially the flavors of Iranian syrups .... traditional doogh .... grilled food, a good taste, fresh ... We had a lot of fun .... My friend, I could not bear it. I use this pleasure only for my friends. I suggest you use the pistachio restaurant once. It is not without grace for you ... That‘s not a good persian Restaurant. The Food was cold and the Kebab und Fesenjoon were not delicious at all! Don’t suggest

So happy to live close to this restaurant. We get food often from here which tastes just like home. It has also great selection of vegetarian options. I look forward to seeing even more vegan (without egg and milk) options as well.

Enjoyed great takeaway food from the Pistazie! Mixed starter platter followed by some stewed lamb and veal dishes. Can highly recommend it!

Place to get authentic Persian food with lot of vegetarian options. The veg appetizer we ordered was a delight, which was served with lot of side dishes and home made bread. I would recommend to order the unique sharbhats (Granatapfel & Rose) which are very refreshing. The service was great and the staff were equally friendly and jovial. They were kind to give the menu in English too. The ambience is vivid and colorful. I was very much fascinated by the antique lights.

Fantastic food with many vegan and vegetarian options. Good location and service. 10/10 would recommend.
